These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the DB Montreal website.

1. Applicability

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to individual screen settings. Minor typographical errors or inaccuracies are reserved. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are confirmed after full payment has been received. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Maestro. All available payment methods are displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through a secure SSL encrypted system.

4. Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days depending on your location. Orders are fulfilled by our international warehouse partners and shipped directly to your door. Free shipping is included on all orders with no minimum purchase required. Delivery may occasionally be delayed during peak periods or due to customs clearance procedures.

5. Returns and Cancellations

All return conditions are outlined in our Refund Policy, available on our website. Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns must be shipped to our central fulfillment warehouse. The full cost of return shipping, including any applicable customs duties or export fees, is entirely the responsibility of the customer. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If your order is already in transit you may initiate a return after delivery. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these return conditions.

6. Liability

DB Montreal is not liable for loss or damage during shipping once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

7. Customs and Import Duties

For international shipments, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. DB Montreal has no control over customs processes or related delays.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images and logos, is the property of DB Montreal and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
